Another service we offer is dropping off a concrete dumpster if the job fits the dumpster. Most demoliton jobs or hauling jobs have a lot more volume than just one dumpsters worth. In these cases we can rent out multiple dumpsters to be swapped if it is a slower moving project. W also do provide the service of site cleanup in order to aid in the speed of the projects or even clean debris piles after the work is done.

Typically the companies that are calling will have demolished a pad and gotten it into small pieces and it will normally be in a pile. WE come in with our trucks back in to the pile get loaded and take it to the nearest concrete or dirt recycle facility or to the nearest landfill. Most of the time concrete if it in small enough sections with minimal rebar it can go to the recycle. Dirt on the other hand is a little harder to recycle. As long as the concrete pieces have been broken up small enough and dont contain too much exposed rebar most concrete recycle facilities will accept the concrete and will reuse it, With the dirt as long as it is free from foriegn debris the facilities that reuse dirt will take it as well. As long as the loads do not contain any hazmatical substances or chemicals there typically are not many other local regulations. The only other regulation that we have dealt with while hauling concrete or dirt is the weights. Per standard federral dot codes the trucks are only allowed to hold a certain amount of weight per vehicle type and gvwr class. most of the time these are arund 15k net for medium duty and 30 net for heavy futy without requiring additional permits. With construction waste management compliance the main thing contractors will run into is clear permits for asbestos free disposal. As long as structures are free of asbestos there typically is not a challenge being in compliance.
